Our
History
In
1980, Wanda Webster Stansbury was invited by President
Jimmy Carter to attend the White House Conference
on the Status of Women. This opportunity imbued Ms.
Webster Stansbury with a passion to focus MII services
toward assisting the quality of life for others with
a strategic emphasis on the development of women,
children, people, and entities. Originally a management
consulting firm specializing in employment and leadership
training, the company emphasized providing practical
solutions to organizational and human resource issues
through individual consultations and customized training.
As the company evolved, its concentration shifted
from corporate training to public policy mining economic
opportunities for diverse groups.
During
the past 10 years, MII has lent its expertise and
resources to public and private sector clients to
generate alternative and affirmative solutions for
an array of public policy as well as business challenges.
Unique among these has been the exemplary performance
of MII in the New Jersey construction industry's community
outreach and compliance monitoring sectors, public
